Cancellation
We understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel a session with us. If this happens, please provide us with at least one week notice to cancel any pre-scheduled sessions.
Notice
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of learning, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that asks for a 24 hour notice to reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee. If a student is 15 minutes late, a $70 late fee will be applied.
Payment
To guarantee the success of our students at Achieve Now Educational Services, we have established clear payment policies. Our hourly rate payment policy requires clients to make payment a week before each scheduled session to ensure confirmations and guaranteed time slots. Our 12-month or 24-month package requires the purchase of additional hours once you’ve reached the halfway point. We also offer monthly memberships which are conveniently payable at the beginning of each month.
Billing
An invoice will be sent at the beginning of each month for services rendered during the previous month. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your invoice, please contact us immediately. We are committed to providing transparent and accurate billing to our clients.
